Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?

Yes. Buy2Grow runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Cloud API). We help you create the Meta app and connect your number during onboarding.

Can I keep using my existing number?

Usually, yes. A number can only live on one platform at a time, so if it's on the WhatsApp app or another provider we'll help you move it. A fresh number also works.

How does the AI know my products and policies?

You upload your FAQ sheet or documents, and for Shopify stores it reads your catalogue and orders live (read-only). If an answer isn't in your data, it says so and offers your team instead of guessing.

What happens after I sign up?

Our team contacts you on WhatsApp, usually within one business day, to confirm your plan and payment. We then activate your workspace, and you log in to set up your assistant with our help.

Are there extra charges from Meta?

Meta charges per conversation for marketing and utility templates. Replies to chats your customers start are free. Your plan covers the Buy2Grow platform and AI.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing date. Yearly plans run until the end of the paid year.
